Q. Who can participate?
Anyone over the age of 18 years old, who is healthy, reasonably fit and has no adverse medical condition.
^ TOP Q. Do I have to be a fast or experienced rider in order to participate?
No - all are welcome as long as you are in good health, reasonably fit and can handle a bike.
^ TOP Q. I have never done a multi-day cycle before. I don't know if I can cope.
In general, you'll find you'll get fitter as the tour progresses and that from day 3 it will get easier.
^ TOP Q. Will there be a back-up vehicle?
Yes, this will carry all luggage, excess drinks, food and spares.
^ TOP Q. What must I bring with me?
Bring your bicycle (unless you would like to hire a bike), helmet, all cycling kit. Casual clothing. Remember the sunscreen, as well as rain jacket and arm warmers just in case.

Proof of full medical insurance, plus, we will take out extra insurance.
^ TOP Q. What about bike insurance?
If you bring your own bike, please ensure that you have cover, we can not be held responsible for any damage accidentally incurred.
^ TOP Q. Who will be in charge?
One or two of the organizers (depending on size of group) will cycle with the group, controlling the pace. Back-up vehicle will follow cyclists.
