Q - Who can participate?
A - Anyone over the age of 18 years old, who is healthy, reasonably fit and has no adverse medical condition.

Q - Do I have to be a fast or experienced rider in order to participate?

A - No - all are welcome as long as you are in good health, reasonably fit and can handle a bike.

Q - I have never done a multi-day cycle before. I don't know if I can cope.
A - In general, you'll find you'll get fitter as the tour progresses and that from day 3 it will get easier.

Q - Will there be a back-up vehicle?
A - Yes, this will carry all luggage, excess drinks, food and spares.

Q - What must I bring with me?

A - Bring your bicycle (unless you would like to hire a bike), helmet, all cycling kit. Casual clothing. Remember the sunscreen, as well as rain jacket and arm warmers just in case.

Q - What else is required?

A - Proof of full medical insurance, plus, we will take out extra insurance.

Q - What about bike insurance?

A - If you bring your own bike, please ensure that you have cover, we can not be held responsible for any damage accidentally incurred.

Q - Who will be in charge?
A - One or two of the organizers (depending on size of group) will cycle with the group, controlling the pace. Back-up vehicle will follow cyclists.
