What training do I require?

We are often asked ‘what kind of fitness levels are required?’ or ‘what kind of training do I need to do?’ These questions are often the most difficult to answer. Only you know your current fitness levels and capabilities, and can prepare according to the options available to you. We will have a backup vehicle behind the group at all times, so that if you do wish to take a break, we can rack your bike and you can have a rest.
