Depart Johannesburg at 6am & head for the Botswana border. Meet your guides at Pont Drift Border Post, who will assist with the border crossing, have a quick bite, pack your luggage into the land cruiser and head off for your 1st camp. The camps are mobile and temporary.
“Our wilderness camps are set up prior to our arrival and offer comfort without distracting from the wilderness experience. Meals are prepared on the open fire, hot water bucket showers, camp cots and cold beers all add up to make for an exhilarating night out”
You awake at dawn to freshly brewed coffee and a light breakfast, then saddle up to explore unchartered landscapes. Discover new skills as rocky outcrops, sandy river beds and vast plains test biking abilities. You will break for coffee en route and return to camp in time for lunch.
“The riding is very relaxed with many stops on route. We often encounter wildlife including elephants, giraffe, zebra, impala among others. Two armed guides ensure the safety and enjoyment of the party”
Today you ride to the sandstone ridges of the Limpopo valley, through stellar landscapes into the garden of Eden. You will arrive at the Kgotla camp to enjoy an afternoon of relaxation and a final epic sunset.
Breakfast today brings an end to the safari with a departure by vehicle to Pont Drift by 11:00. Then the time has come to say farewell!!
